Community Food Pantry
Ray-Thomas Memorial offers a vital Community Food Bank for individuals and families in urgent need in our Tri-County area. We support families through Cobb County school social workers, through referrals from MUST Ministry, and through self-referral. In partnership with Panera Bread Company, we are able to provide fresh breads and pastries alongside canned and dry goods, meats, poultry and other essentials. We have been known to serve well over 100 on a Thursday morning. We welcome donations from the community.
The RTM Food Pantry is open on Thursday mornings from 10 - 12 noon. Recipients must call ahead to make an appointment: 770-998-9321. Food donations can be left at the church at any time. Online donations are welcome, as are donations mailed to the RTM at 4644 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA 30066. Together, we can improve our community by lending a helping hand to those who need it most.
Elizabeth Inn
We joyfully support the Elizabeth Inn Homeless Shelter in Marietta, providing food on the 14th of the month and offering other assistance when able.
ESL and Legal Assistance
Scriptures teach that we must welcome the alien stranger among us as our own, therefore we embrace immigrants, seeking to help them with immigration assistance and ESL, as well as enthusiastically welcoming all to our worship services.
Presbyerterian Mission in Cherokee and Greater Atlanta Presbytery
RTM partners with sister churches in our area, working together for Habitat for Humanity, Presbyterian Village, new church development, campus ministries and more.
Overseas Mission
RTM has linkages with several missionaries in Brazil. Our own Pastor Tim Dunn and his family serve the Outreach Foundation in building up churches throughout Brazil. Tim and Debbie invite you to visit their blog at: http://dunnsdialogue.blogspot.com
