2008 Montreat Women's Connection August 3-7

 God is doing a new thing. Let us open our eyes to see! Might it be that God is using women around the world to “trouble the waters” in life-changing and life-giving kinds of ways? As women, we can make a difference in our world, one life at a time…one heartbeat at a time….one connection at a time. Being in relationship with God calls us to live together pursuing justice, mercy and peace. When women are faithful to this call, our world can be forever changed. YOU are invited to join Pastor Carrie at this inspirational retreat. The program fee is $150. The housing fee will depend on the number of women involved, but the total fee for the week, including meals and lodging, will be no more than $400.  Pre-registration is a must.  Please prayerfully consider this opportunity and let Pastor Carrie know of your interest as soon as possible. Ongoing Ministries...

The Food Pantry is open every Thursday morning from 10 am - noon.  Donations are accepted Sunday-Thursday mornings. Folks help shelve food and shop as their schedules allow. If you are looking for a way to "give back," consider joining the team of folks who shop, shelve and distribute food!
